About the Role

is looking for a hands-on Paid Media & Creative Strategist to manage and optimize our paid acquisition efforts across Meta, Google, and other channels. We’re looking for someone who combines strong performance marketing expertise with a creative mindset and is excited to experiment, test, and move quickly.

What You’ll Do

• Own day-to-day campaign management, optimization, and performance across Meta, Google Ads, and other paid channels.
• Build and test audiences, targeting strategies, messaging, and ad formats.
• Develop and execute a continuous pipeline of creative tests to improve performance.
• Use AI tools like Claude to develop ad concepts, copy, and creative assets, while briefing designers on additional creative needs.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities, and optimize for lead quality, cost per lead, and demo conversions.
• Share actionable insights, results, and recommendations for ongoing improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing paid media campaigns, particularly Meta and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and performance marketing.
• A creative, experimental mindset with experience testing and iterating on ad creative.
• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate creative development and execution.
• Self-starter who can work independently, move quickly, and take ownership of results.
• Experience with HubSpot and GA4 is a plus.

This is an initial 3-6 month contract at ~15 hours per week, with the opportunity to extend the engagement or increase hours based on business needs and performance!
