Responsibilities:

• Speak with existing customers over the phone and deliver an exceptional customer experience

• Build rapport quickly and create trust through empathy, confidence, and clear communication

• Listen carefully to customer concerns, questions, and previous experiences with our products

• Take ownership of customer issues and help move conversations toward a positive resolution

• Understand the customer's skincare needs and recommend additional products that genuinely fit those needs

• Identify natural opportunities to upsell and cross-sell premium skincare products

• Turn difficult customer conversations into positive customer experiences wherever possible

• Handle concerns and objections professionally while protecting the customer relationship

• Maintain strong control of the conversation without sounding robotic, scripted, or overly sales-focused

• Balance customer satisfaction with strong commercial awareness and conversion focus

• Follow the company customer experience and sales process consistently

• Stay accountable to activity, sales, customer experience, and revenue expectations

• Work closely with the wider team in a fully remote environment

• Continuously improve through coaching, feedback, call reviews, and performance tracking

Requirements

• Proven experience in BPO, customer service, customer relationship management, client relationship management, retention, upselling, account management, phone sales, or a similar customer-facing role

• Experience speaking with customers over the phone and managing a high volume of conversations

• Strong relationship-building and customer service ability

• Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional when customers have problems or complaints

• Strong upselling and cross-selling ability
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills
• High confidence on live calls

• Ability to listen, understand customer needs, and make relevant product recommendations

• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment

• Strong personal discipline and accountability
