ABS International is hiring Sales Executives for our night shift US-facing team at our Gulistan-e-Johar office.

The Company:

The Role:

This is an outbound sales position on our US campaign night shift. You will be engaging US-based customers through structured outbound calls building relationships, managing follow-ups, and closing opportunities with people who already have a connection to our brand. No cold lists. No scripted pitches. Real conversations with real potential.

What You Will Earn:

Base Salary: Per month based on experience

Attendance Allowance: PKR 3,000 every month

Uncapped Commission: A direct percentage of the revenue you personally generate no ceiling

Daily Cash Reward: Top daily performer earns a cash reward every single working day

15 days paid annual leave

Who Should Apply:

Fluent spoken and written English is non-negotiable you will be speaking with US customers every single working day.

Prior experience in outbound sales, telesales, BPO, or call center operations is strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate is self-directed, commercially driven, and comfortable owning their own pipeline without supervision.

Fresh candidates with exceptional English and a proven aptitude for sales will also be considered.

Full availability for the 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM shift, Monday through Saturday, is essential.

Shift and Location:

Monday through Saturday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

Fully on-site at C-215, Gulistan-e-Johar Block 14, Karachi.
