We work with customers across 28 countries from 10 VOIS locations: Albania, Egypt, Hungary, India, Romania, Spain, Turkey, UK, Germany, Ireland, and with a network of teams in Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, and Portugal.

We are seeking a skilled OSS Passive Probing Solution Engineer to design, implement, and manage network visibility solutions across legacy and cloud environments, supporting critical services including 2G, 4G, 5G, IMS, and VoLTE. The role focuses on delivering digital transformation initiatives, integrating modern and legacy systems, and ensuring robust service monitoring, capacity planning, and platform lifecycle management while collaborating with global stakeholders.

• Implement passive probing solutions for control and user plane monitoring across 2G, 4G, 5G, IMS, VoLTE, and VoWiFi
• Perform platform capacity planning, provide recommendations, define budgets, and establish timelines
• Manage lifecycle activities of hardware and software platforms, including impact assessments and phase-out planning
• Design solutions for new service monitoring requirements, platform upgrades, and infrastructure migrations
• Drive project execution, including planning, stakeholder communication, vendor coordination, and risk mitigation
• Maintain and update technical documentation such as HLD, LLD, IP designs, SOPs, and infrastructure records

Contribute to RFQ responses, assessments, and proof-of-concept (PoC) activities for passive probing tools

• Experienced professional with 4–7 years in passive probing design or implementation
• Knowledgeable in tools such as Netscout, Anritsu, or Oracle, along with network visibility solutions like Gigamon, Keysight, or Cubro
• Strong understanding of telecom protocols including SIP, Diameter, GTP, RTP, and interfaces across mobile core technologies
• Familiar with IP networking, virtualisation (VMware), NFV, CNF, and container technologies such as Docker
• Capable of delivering projects remotely with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Holds a graduate or postgraduate qualification; professional certification in passive probing is advantageous
