Grow our AI image service.The role

We are , a lifecycle marketing agency. We are hiring one person who is good at deciding. Our AI image service is our fastest-growing service, and whichever area you own, you will be helping it grow.

You will own one named area. Which one is decided during the trial rather than now, based on what you turn out to be strong at. It will be one of these two:

1. The hiring machine. How we find, screen and hire people. Running the funnel end to end, sourcing, chasing, scheduling, keeping our tracker honest, and telling us when the process itself is broken.
2. Client delivery operations. How work gets planned, briefed, chased and shipped for our clients. Holding timelines, briefing the team properly, and making sure nothing quietly stalls.

Both are the same job underneath: you notice what has slipped, you decide what to do, and you close it without being asked.

This is not an assistant job and it is not a coordinator job. You will make real calls every day, and you will be judged on the quality of those calls rather than on how much you got through.

We are building a team of people who decide well without being managed. If you want to be told what to do each morning, this job is not for you.

What we are looking for

1. You make decisions and you own them, including the ones that go wrong.
2. You can tell which calls are yours and which are not, and you get that split right in both directions.
3. You take feedback as information and change, without folding on something you have good reason to believe.
4. You get better fast. We would rather have someone at seventy percent climbing than someone flat at eighty five.
5. You spot when something is failing and say so, including when it is our process and not your work.
6. You write clearly and honestly, especially about problems.

On experience

We do not ask for a number of years and we do not screen on your CV, because we decide on what you do in the trial.

Whatever employment you do list, we verify: employer, dates, title and paid status, evidenced by contract and payslips, in one exchange. You need to have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months. Beyond that there is no minimum, and a short history costs you nothing here. Misrepresenting the history you do have is disqualifying. Tell us the true version and you will not be penalised for it.

How the process works, and we tell you all of it now

1. Application and a short asynchronous interview. One take, no re-records.
2. Aptitude tests, with a published floor.
3. A short video introduction.
4. A verification step where we check what you have told us.
5. A short paid screen of a few days, then a paid trial of six to eight weeks doing the real job.

The trial is where the decision actually gets made, including which of the two areas you end up owning. From the first week you will be making calls on live work, and we will tell you straight how each one landed. It is paid from day one: half rate for the first two weeks while you find your feet, full rate from week three onward, and a completion payment when you finish the trial, whether or not we hire you. If we stop early, you are paid for the days you worked.

Requirements

1. Full time once hired, and this is your only job. During the paid trial you work 4 hours a day with us, 2 of them at a fixed time inside our working day, and you can keep your current job. If you pass, you give notice and join us full time within 30 days.
2. Reliable internet, at least 30 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up, tested live with us.
3. Strong written English.
4. Based in Indonesia.
5. You track your working time with our time tracking tool from day one.

Benefits

1000 USD per month on hire, set by responsibility and demonstrated capability, not by how long you have worked.

Pass your 90-day review and your pay goes up by 50 percent. The 90 days count from the day you start full time.

On top of that:

1. A one-month annual bonus (13th month pay in the Philippines and South Africa, THR in Indonesia).
2. 15 days of paid leave a year, rising with tenure, plus your own country's public holidays.

Responsibility and pay move quickly here for people who earn them. Authority over decisions that reach a client moves slowly and deliberately, and it is earned on a track record rather than on a good first month. We would rather tell you that now than have you discover it in month two.
