  • Explain technical, schedule, commercial, and execution issues in terms of business impacts, required decisions, next steps, and escalation paths.
  • Escalate risks early to protect milestones and customer commitments, and track resolution through closure.
  • Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
  • Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes.
  • Determine and assess need for additional staff or consultants and make appropriate staffing adjustments during project cycle.
  • Set and manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Adopt approved digital tools, automation, and AI-assisted workflows to improve coordination, action tracking, document-review support, and project visibility. Apply sound judgment and verify outputs before relying on them.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to personnel.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within project team.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
