Role Description The Machine Operator – Tetra Pak role at Engro Foods Pakistan is a full-time, on-site position based in the Sahiwal Division. The role involves operating and monitoring Tetra Pak machinery to ensure continuous, efficient production of packaged products according to established specifications. Day-to-day tasks include setting up machines, performing basic adjustments, loading materials, and overseeing the packaging process to minimize downtime and product waste. The machine operator is responsible for conducting routine checks, identifying simple mechanical issues, and coordinating with maintenance teams for repairs. The role also requires following safety protocols, maintaining cleanliness around the equipment, completing production and quality logs, and communicating effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets. Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Machine Operation skills, with experience in operating automated or semi-automated Machinery, preferably Tetra Pak or similar packaging lines. • Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control, including monitoring product standards, performing basic inspections, and documenting quality-related data. • Candidates should possess practical skills in working with Hand Tools for minor adjustments, basic maintenance, and routine equipment checks. • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with supervisors, maintenance staff, and colleagues, and to report issues clearly and promptly. • Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in food or beverage manufacturing, knowledge of safety and hygiene standards, basic mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in shifts. • Minimum educational requirement: secondary school certificate or technical/vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or related fields is preferred. • Ability to stand for extended periods, follow standard operating procedures, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.
