Key Responsibilities

• Develop project-wise equipment deployment plans based on construction schedules. • Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of plant and machinery across project sites. • Ensure availability of critical equipment required for civil, mechanical, electrical, and transmission works. • Forecast equipment requirements and coordinate procurement, rental, or inter-project transfers. • Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs. • Monitor equipment health, breakdown records, and repair schedules. • Coordinate with OEMs and service providers for major repairs and warranty claims. • Maintain equipment service records and statutory certifications. • Ensure all plant and machinery comply with UAE safety regulations and project HSE standards. • Conduct equipment inspections and safety audits. • Lead Equipment Coordinators, Plant Supervisors, Mechanics, and Operators. • Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings. • Coordinate resources across multiple work fronts.
