We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist fluent in Dutch and English to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google and YouTube. In this role, you'll take ownership of paid lead generation activities, using AI-powered tools to produce advertising creatives at scale, test different messaging approaches and identify the campaigns that generate the best results. You'll work with a highly experimental approach: launching multiple creative variations with small budgets, analysing performance, switching off underperforming ads and scaling successful campaigns across different regions. The primary objective is to consistently generate high-quality leads and convert them into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid lead generation campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google and YouTube.
• Use AI tools to generate multiple variations of advertising hooks, main messages and calls to action.
• Test creative variations with small initial budgets (approximately €1 per variation).
• Monitor campaign performance, identify winning creatives and switch off underperforming ads.
• Scale successful campaigns and replicate winning strategies across different geographical regions.
• Create and collect YouTube advertising content using existing project photos and assets stored in Google Drive.
• Continuously optimise campaigns to improve lead volume, lead quality and conversion performance.
• Track campaign performance against weekly targets and make data-driven optimisation decisions.

Weekly Performance Targets

• 50 advertising creatives tested per week.
• 150 incoming leads per week.
• 50 qualified leads per week.
• 15 sales as the ultimate campaign objective.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience running paid lead generation campaigns on Meta Ads.
• Practical experience with Google Ads.
• Experience managing and testing multiple advertising variations with small budgets.
• Proven ability to identify successful campaigns and scale winning creatives.
• Comfortable using AI tools to generate advertising hooks, marketing messages and calls to action at volume.
• Fluent in Dutch.
• Good command of English.
• Strong analytical skills and a performance-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently, experiment quickly and optimise campaigns based on results.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with YouTube advertising and multi-region campaign scaling is highly advantageous.
