We are looking for a Key Account Manager based in France. However, we are also open to candidates located elsewhere in Germany, Spain, or Italy.

Your Impact

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing a portfolio of strategic national and international accounts. Your role goes beyond managing existing business: you will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, understand their business and people development priorities, and identify opportunities to expand the value Speexx brings to their organization. You will act as a trusted business partner to your clients, combining a consultative approach with a strong commercial mindset. Working closely with Customer Success, Marketing and SDR teams, you will turn customer needs and business challenges into sustainable growth opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic national and international accounts.
• Build and execute account growth plans, identifying client priorities, key stakeholders and short- and long-term growth opportunities.
• Drive account expansion by identifying and developing upsell and cross-sell opportunities, while also contributing to new business opportunities within your market.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, acting as a trusted and consultative business partner.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' business, People & Development and skills development priorities and translate them into relevant value propositions using Speexx solutions.
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiations for strategic opportunities, including large and complex deals.
• Manage and contribute to tender and RFP processes.
• Monitor business trends, account potential, pipeline and forecasts, ensuring clear and accurate visibility through the CRM.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Marketing, BDR and other internal teams to identify opportunities and deliver value throughout the customer journey.
• Represent Speexx as a strategic partner in the market and contribute to the continued development of our business.

What You'll Bring

• Strong experience in strategic account management and account growth, ideally within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
• Proven ability to grow existing accounts and identify expansion, upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and high-value commercial opportunities.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with a consultative and solution-oriented sales approach.
• Ability to understand clients' business and People & Development challenges and connect them with relevant solutions and measurable value.
• Strong relationship-building skills and confidence engaging with different stakeholders, including senior decision makers.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset, with the ability to identify and develop new opportunities.
• Experience with tender and RFP processes.
• Ability to work effectively across teams in an international and fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in French and English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in CRM and productivity tools.
