Your mission Ready to put your language skills to work and start a new career path? Join the team as a Junior Customer Services Specialist with Dutch and English and help customers navigate payment options, financing agreements, and billing questions with confidence.

What you’ll do Guide customers through checkout options and financing processes. Handle inquiries about refunds, chargebacks, billing, and account verification. Provide clear information while ensuring secure and accurate case handling. Document customer interactions and follow compliance procedures. Escalate complex cases when needed and work towards timely solutions.

What you bring Dutch and English at C1 level. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Attention to detail and a responsible approach to handling sensitive information. A willingness to learn and solve problems effectively.

Your time off During your first year, you are entitled to 1.67 business days of annual leave per month. Greek public holidays apply, with compensation for working on a public holiday in accordance with Greek law.
