TechnoCares is looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to work closely with Project Managers and technical teams on innovative enterprise software products.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.

Identify missing requirements, edge cases, and business rules.

Coordinate with Project Managers, Developers, and QA teams.

Assist in project planning, requirement tracking, and UAT.

🎓 Required Qualification

Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in:

BBIT — Business & Information Technology ⭐ Preferred

BS Business Analytics

BS Management Information Systems (MIS)

BS Information Systems

BS Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT

BBA / BS Management Sciences

⭐ Ideal Candidate

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong English communication and documentation abilities.

Basic understanding of SDLC and business workflows.

Proactive, curious, and a quick learner.

Familiarity with SQL, APIs, or Jira/Trello is a plus.
