Currently, the portfolio includes the beer brands Tuborg, Carlsberg, Guinness, and Bucur, reaffirming our commitment to quality and diversity across all consumption occasions.

Why Tuborg Romania?

Tuborg Romania is driven by engaged, accountable, and collaborative people who take ownership and contribute to strong business performance. We offer a professional environment where high standards, partnership, and continuous development are consistently valued.

The Role

If you have just finished your accounting studies and want to see how the numbers work in a real business, this role is a good place to start. You will join the Accounting team of one of Romania’s largest brewers, work with SAP from day one and learn the full accounting cycle alongside experienced colleagues who will invest time in your development.

You will handle a clear set of recurring tasks, take ownership of them quickly and gradually move on to more complex work as you grow. The role reports to the Customer & Treasury Manager.

What You Will Do

•Check and record employee expense reports, including travel and fuel expenses, in SAP, together with the supporting documents.

•Download daily bank statements and support their import and posting in SAP.

•Check cash receipts issued by our sales agents against bank deposits and cash limits, and follow up on unallocated amounts.

•Check invoices returned by drivers and sales agents (stamps, signatures, missing documents) and keep the records up to date.

•File and archive accounting documents in line with internal procedures and legal retention requirements.

•Take part in the monthly and annual stock counts and in other inventory checks, and help reconcile the results with the accounting records.

•Support the team during month-end closing and in preparing documents for the external audit.

What We Expect

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics (ASE or equivalent).

•Good knowledge of Romanian accounting regulations (OMFP 1802/2014), the chart of accounts and double-entry bookkeeping.

•Previous work experience is not required. An internship in accounting, audit or a finance department is an advantage.

•Working knowledge of Excel. Exposure to SAP or another ERP system is a plus.

•Fluent Romanian and working-level English.

•Attention to detail and a structured way of working.

•Genuine curiosity about AI tools and how they can take the repetitive part out of accounting work.

What We Offer

•A real start in corporate accounting, with structured onboarding and a team that takes time to teach.

•Hands-on experience with SAP and the full accounting cycle of a large FMCG company.

•Room to grow within the Finance function as your skills develop.
