We're always looking for exceptional people. If you're passionate about what you do and want to be part of a pioneering team building purpose-built software for industrial equipment and commercial field service industry, we want to hear from you!

Software is a fast-growing Microsoft Business Central ISV serving 500+ clients globally across equipment rental, construction, scaffolding, trenching/shoring, oilfield services, medical equipment, and related verticals. We're engineered to fit the industries we serve, and we hire people the same way.

Who we're looking for

We're open to talented individuals across all disciplines — marketing, sales, product, customer success, engineering, and operations. If you're driven, collaborative, and excited about solving real problems for real businesses, there's likely a place for you here.

What we value

• Deep curiosity and a bias toward action
• People who take ownership and see things through
• Clear communicators who thrive in a fast-moving environment
• Experience in industrial, field services, or ERP software is a plus

Why

We're a focused team doing meaningful work in an industry that's been underserved by software for too long. You'll have real impact, real ownership, and teammates who are genuinely invested in each other's success.
