Descrição da Função

"ROLE: - Prospect, qualify, and reach out to new influencers and affiliates in national and international markets. - Onboard and activate partners for campaigns, ensuring continuous engagement. - Negotiate commercial terms, promotional campaigns, and performance-based incentives. - Plan and deliver sales-driven initiatives and re-engage inactive partners. - Track performance, identify upselling, cross-selling, and market expansion opportunities. - Work with internal teams to align campaigns, offers, and commercial materials. QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or related fields. - At least 1 year of marketing management experience. - Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of prioritizing tasks. - Strong data analysis and communication skills; proficiency in English. - Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of PowerBI or other tools is a plus.
