Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Lead end-to-end talent acquisition — from sourcing to offer
Drive onboarding experiences that make new teammates feel truly welcomed
Nurture a workplace culture rooted in respect, engagement, and growth
Support performance management, teammate relations, and HR compliance
Be a trusted resource for teammates at every level of the organization

WHO YOU ARE

3+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition (Required)
You're a people-first thinker who leads with empathy and acts with intention
Experienced with HR tools and systems (BambooHR or similar is a plus)
Strong communicator — clear, warm, and professional
Highly organized, discreet, and dependable
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup
