The Team
• An international team (with more than 40 nationalities) with complementary education and experience in the investment, medical, scientific, strategic and operational sectors • Composed of alumni from: INSEAD, Berkeley, Georgetown, Bocconi, HEC Paris, Ponts et Chaussées, ESSEC, Imperial College, Dartmouth, etc. • Professional backgrounds: Private Equity (3i, Siparex, USS Ltd, Barings, capiton), Consulting (A.T. Kearney, Bain, McKinsey), M&A (Lazard, EY, KPMG, PwC), Industry (Biotronik, Cerba, Pharmacy, Veterinary)
Your Role
Location: Lyon, France
Duration: 6 months
Start Date : January 2027
We are looking for a highly motivated intern to join our HR team in Lyon, France. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global investment firm, working closely with our teams across France, the US, Singapore, and Tokyo.
Key Responsibilities
• Supporting the performance review process (feedback collection, meeting organization, preparation of materials/content, etc) • Supporting the ARCHIMED ACADEMY : content creation for trainings and onboarding; coordination with suppliers, on-site trainings organization, assessment and evaluation, training plan updates • Helping prepare presentations and HR materials • Supporting HR documentation and process updates (training, onboarding and performance process) • Ad hoc HR admin support to other HR functions
Requirements
Profile & Qualifications
• Education: Currently enrolled in a Master's degree (HR, Business School, Psychology, Management or related field) • Strong interest in Human Resources, talent development, and organizational processes • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with international teams • Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks and suggest improvements • High attention to detail and rigor in execution • Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English (international environment) • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), some knowledge on content creation is plus
