We are looking for German-speaking AI Data Evaluators to review and evaluate AI-generated content related to social media and digital platforms, helping improve the quality, accuracy and reliability of AI models.

Your responsibilities:

• Evaluate AI-generated responses for quality, relevance and accuracy;

• Label and annotate text and language data according to established guidelines;

• Identify errors, inconsistencies and potentially unsafe content;

• Assess content for compliance with quality and safety standards;

• Apply detailed guidelines consistently and meet quality targets;

• Handle confidential information responsibly.

Requirements:

• German – C2/native-level proficiency;

• English – B2 or above;

• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI evaluation tools;

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail;

• Ability to interpret and follow complex guidelines;

• Previous experience in AI annotation, content evaluation, Quality Assurance or Trust & Safety is highly desirable;

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.

Working conditions:

• Office-based position in Lisbon;

• Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday, with 24/7 coverage;

• Two rotating days off per week.

Salary:

• Base salary: €1,100 gross/month;

• Complexity bonus: €200/month, paid for 11 months per year;

• Total monthly salary: €1,300 gross in months when the bonus is paid.
