Fullstack Developer Senior

We'relooking for someonewho will elevatethe team's engineeringpractices, mentor fellowengineers, drive technicalexcellence, and leadby example inbuilding reliable, scalable, and maintainable software.

You'll work ona mission-criticalenterprise platform responsiblefor managing thecomplete lifecycle ofproduct pricing across100+ global markets. The platform powerseverything from productcatalog ingestion andcost modeling topricing calculations andthe distribution offinalized pricing datato downstream commerceand finance systems.

Our technology stackincludes a modernReactfrontend, multipleSpring Bootmicroservices supportingREST APIs, event-driven integrations, andbatch processing, shareddomain libraries, andcloud-native infrastructurerunning onAWS(EKS, RDS, andS3), with integrationsacrossGoogle BigQueryandApache Kafka. We follow atrunk-based developmentmodel with automatedCI/CD pipelinesusingGitHub Actions,ArgoCD, and progressive environmentpromotion from Developmentthrough Production.

Success in thisrole goes wellbeyond delivering features. You'll help shapethe team's engineeringculture by improvingcode review quality, defining architecturalpatterns, reducing technicaldebt, strengthening testingand observability practices, and helping engineersgrow through coaching, technical discussions,and mentorship. We'relooking for someonewho raises thebar for theentire team—aforce multiplier ratherthan an individualcontributor.

AI-First Engineering

AI-assisted softwaredevelopment is acore part ofhow we buildsoftware. We're lookingfor an engineerwho already usesAI coding assistantssuch asCursor,Claude Code,GitHub Copilot,Kiro, or similar toolsas part oftheir daily developmentworkflow, not asan occasional productivityaid, but asan integral partof software design, implementation, debugging, testing, documentation, and code exploration.

Beyond personal productivity, you'll help theteam adopt effectiveAI engineering practicesby developing reusableprompts, project context, steering files, MCPconfigurations, and teamworkflows that improvedeveloper effectivenesswhile maintaining highstandards for codequality, security, andengineering judgment.

Requirements

• 5+ yearsof professional softwareengineering experience,including3+ years ina Senior SoftwareEngineer or TechnicalLead role.
• Expert-level proficiencyinJava 17+ (preferablyJava 21),Spring Boot,Spring Data JPA, andHibernate, with strong knowledgeof application architecture, concurrency, performanceoptimization, resiliency, and error-handlingpatterns.
• Strong frontend engineeringexperience withReact,TypeScript, and modern statemanagement libraries suchasReact Query,Zustand, or equivalent. Ableto design scalablefrontend architectures,not just implementpredefined requirements.
• Deep understanding ofrelational databases, particularlyPostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimization, indexingstrategies, transactionmanagement, and databasemigration best practices.
• Proven experience designingand evolving production-gradeREST APIs, including versioning strategies, authentication and authorization, pagination, validation, error handling, backwardcompatibility, and APIlifecycle management.
• Strong software testingmindset with hands-on experience implementingunit, integration, contract, and end-to-end tests, while advocating formaintainable, testablearchitectures and qualitygates within CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid experience withmodern development workflows, includingGit, trunk-based development, pull request reviews, automated CI/CDpipelines, static analysis, and code qualityenforcement.
• Working knowledge ofcloud-native applicationsand infrastructure, includingAWS(EKS/Kubernetes, RDS, S3) or equivalentcloud platforms, withan understanding ofcontainerization, deploymentstrategies, scalability, networking, and observability.
• Experience building andsupporting distributedsystems, asynchronous messaging, and event-drivenarchitectures (Kafka orequivalent) is highlydesirable.

Nice to Have

• Experience building large-scale batch processingor ETL pipelinesusingSpring Batchor similar frameworks.
• Experience withApache Kafkaand event-drivenarchitectures, includingproducer/consumer patterns, retries, dead-letterqueues (DLQs), andmessage reliability.
• Experience developing enterpriseapplications that managelarge datasets usingcomponents such asAG Gridor equivalent datagrid libraries.
• Experience working withanalytical data platformssuch asGoogle BigQueryor similar clouddata warehouses.
• Knowledge ofDomain-Driven Design(DDD), modular architectures,shared libraries, andreusable platform components.
• Experience implementingauthentication and authorizationusingMicrosoft Entra ID,MSAL, OAuth2/OIDC, androle-based accesscontrol (RBAC).
• Experience integrating enterprisesystems such asERP, pricing, inventory, finance, or supplychain platforms.
• Experience deploying andoperating applicationsusingKubernetes,GitOps, and tools suchasArgoCD.
• Familiarity with modernJava development toolsand libraries suchasMapStruct,Lombok, and annotation-basedcode generation.
• Experience with Infrastructureas Code usingTerraform,AWS CDK, or similar frameworks.
• Experience fostering engineeringculture through technicalcommunities, engineeringguilds, internal techtalks, or mentoringprograms.
• Experience driving engineeringmaturity by introducingpractices such asarchitecture decision records(ADRs), design reviews, observability, qualitygates, and standardizedsoftware development processes.
• Hands-on experienceextending AI developmentworkflows throughModel Context Protocol(MCP)servers, custom AIagents, developer tooling, or automation.
• Experience evaluating, selecting, and rolling outAI development toolsacross engineering organizations, including security assessments, governance, developerenablement, and adoptionstrategies.
• Contributions to open-source projects, technicalwriting, conference presentations, or other formsof knowledge sharing, particularly related tosoftware engineering orAI-assisted development.
