Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager (EMEA) will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies tailored to the Europe, Middle East, and Africa markets. You will lead content creation, online campaigns, and localized outreach to healthcare professionals, radiology decision-makers, and patients across EMEA territories. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will collaborate on brand messaging and storytelling initiatives aligned with ’s global vision.

RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesCampaign & demand generation

  • Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and in-person channels to build product and company visibility in EMEA
  • Support demand generation and lead pipeline through digital advertising, email marketing, and social media
  • Track campaign performance against defined KPIs and optimize based on metrics and market insight

Content & localization

  • Create and localize content for social media, email, web, and sales enablement, tailoring messaging to diverse EMEA audiences
  • Develop localized value propositions and product positioning in collaboration with sales and business development
  • Manage website updates and SEO-optimized content for EMEA markets
  • Work with creative teams and agencies to produce culturally relevant visuals and messaging

Events

  • Plan and execute conferences, trade shows, and webinars across EMEA (15+ annually), from budgeting and logistics through to on-site delivery and follow-up

Compliance & alignment

  • Ensure all marketing materials meet applicable legal, regulatory, and medical-device advertising requirements before release
  • Align regional campaigns with global marketing strategy and coordinate with global teams on execution and brand consistency

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or B2B technology
  • Demonstrated ability to develop key messaging for product commercialization based on market and customer insight
  • Hands-on experience organizing and executing conferences and trade shows
  • Proven experience with social media management, email marketing, and digital advertising
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt messaging across cultures
  • Working knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, and CMS platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills; able to run projects across multiple countries in a remote setting
  • Willingness to travel across the region and to collaborate with global teams across time zones
  • Must be based in the European Union
  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)

Preferred Experience

  • Marketing experience in EMEA healthcare markets
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for healthcare and medical device advertising in EMEA (e.g. MDR, national advertising rules such as the German HWG)
  • Background in AI, radiology, or healthcare technology
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Prior experience in engineering or sales in addition to marketing
  • Familiarity with content creation tools such as Figma, Canva, or video production support
  • Additional EMEA language skills
