Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality technical support and guidance to Dutch-speaking clients regarding advanced cybersecurity solutions. Maintain a deep understanding of cybersecurity protocols and best practices to provide expert advisory services. Collaborate with international teams to identify emerging digital threats and resolve user-side vulnerabilities. Ensure all interactions meet the high-standard operational benchmarks required in the cybersecurity sector. Maintain accurate documentation of reported security incidents and resolutions within the company database.

Requirements

Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written). Valid EU passport (mandatory). Proficiency in English to communicate within our global corporate environment. A strong interest in the cybersecurity industry and a commitment to learning new digital security protocols. Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex security concepts clearly to diverse clients. Ability to thrive in an on-site, team-oriented workspace in Athens, Greece.
