The leader in this role will be responsible for billing and follow up activities for all retained billing offices. Operational oversight and management of insurance and self-pay accounts receivable. Responsible for billing compliance and billing activities across the geographic footprint. Collaborate with clinics and departments across the System to improve billing revenue cycle workflows.

This leader partners closely with clinics, operational leaders, finance, contracting, compliance, coding, and vendor partners to improve revenue cycle workflows, optimize financial performance, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role is accountable for achieving Professional Billing A/R goals, driving operational excellence, and leading strategies that improve collections, reduce receivables, and enhance the patient and provider experience.
