Project overview For our client in the energy sector, we are looking for a Deputy Site Management (m/f/d) Responsibilities Your Qualifications Framework Conditions • Cross-functional organization, coordination, and management of central areas assigned to site management • Strengthening the overall team and proactive, continuous identification and implementation of improvement and synergy potentials • Support in capturing and evaluating sub-project risks in the risk register, as well as in defining and implementing suitable risk mitigation measures • Support and coordination of cross-lot meeting processes during the construction phase • Support and representation of the Site Management (BOL) in regular site status meetings, considering scope of services, progress, deadlines, and budget • Ensuring TP-internal interfaces with project management in cooperation with the BOL, especially in the areas of performance measurement, financial, and schedule planning • Support of claim management in the sub-project related to the construction phase • Participation in the creation of tender documents and support of the awarding process • Coordination and ensuring of a smooth construction process • Support in monitoring and complying with HSE requirements on the construction site • Completed degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering with a focus on Civil Engineering • Several years of professional experience as a Site Manager, preferably in large infrastructure projects • Experience in linear construction sites, e.g., gas pipeline construction, railway construction, or highway construction, is an advantage • Civil engineering experience in both closed and open construction methods • Experience in negotiating with subcontractors, especially regarding additional claims, and in managing subcontractors • Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams • Quick comprehension and enthusiasm • Fluent German language skills • Start of service: from December 2026 to presumably December 31, 2027, with an option for extension • Scope of services: 1 FTE (40 hrs/week) • Location: Göttingen (60%), remote (40%) Project details • Start: 2026-12 • Duration: 13 Monate • Remote: hybrid • Location: Göttingen, Deutschland, DE • Languages: German
