About the Role: Are you passionate about cutting-edge technology, artificial intelligence, and digital platform ecosystems? We are looking for energetic, multilingual specialists to join our high-performing operations team supporting one of the world's leading Tech Giants and AI Research & Deployment organizations. In this role, you will be providing technical support, ad campaign guidance, and account operations assistance across leading social media platforms and generative AI tools.

Key Responsibilities: • Assist business clients and users across multiple support channels (Chat, Email, and Outbound Phone support). • Troubleshoot account access, billing, and technical implementation issues for AI products and advertising services. • Guide businesses on optimizing digital platform performance, ad placement, and platform tools. • Deliver high-quality customer experience exceeding expectations and performance metrics.

Requirements: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or designated language. • Strong technical aptitude, interest in Generative AI tools, and digital media platforms. • Problem-solving skills with a consultative and customer-centric mindset. • Ability to work flexible day shifts (40 hours per week).
