Content Director - Grants Team
Remote Opportunity
The Content Director is the primary partnership contact for Hanover’s Grants practice clients. As such, the position requires strong client management, project management, and overall knowledge of the grantseeking process. We are seeking highly-motivated applicants with the right combination of grants and project management experience, preferably within the higher education sector. A successful candidate will be interested in making a long-term contribution to a growing organization. This position will report directly to the practice area-specific Senior Managing Director.

Education Requirement
A Master’s degree is preferred, though candidates with relevant experience who hold other degrees will be considered. A Certified Research Administrator and/or Project Management Professional credential is preferred but not required.
Experience Requirement
3-5 years of experience supporting hands-on proposal support strongly preferred. Prior experience working with public and/or private funding agencies is preferred. Prior experience managing/facilitating sponsored research is preferred.

Compensation
strives to create compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, equitable and fair. The compensation range for this role at the company is $82,970 – 90,000. This role is also eligible to participate in our variable annual bonus program with gross earnings potential of up to $15,000. This discretionary bonus is based upon both financial performance and individual performance. Please note that the base salary offered is contingent on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Our base pay range is determined by the role and the market.
