Descrição da Função

"ROLE:

• Source, evaluate, and approach new influencers and affiliates in national and international markets. • Bring partners into campaigns and activate them, ensuring continuous engagement. • Discuss and agree on commercial terms, promotional campaigns, and performance incentives. • Design and implement sales-driven initiatives and reactivate inactive partners. • Monitor performance, spot upsell, cross-sell, and market expansion opportunities. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on campaigns, offers, and commercial materials. QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or related fields. • At least one year of experience in marketing management. • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to set task priorities. • Strong data analysis and communication skills; fluent in English. • Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of PowerBI or other tools is a plus.
