As a Complex Director of Leisure Sales, you will support the areas which are at the core of 's "commercial engine" and are important to 's ability to achieve profitable growth. Supporting Los Cabos and Conrad Punta de Mita and reporting to the Complex Commercial Director, you will manage the solicitation of new customer relationships and accounts, including wholesalers, receptive tour operators, and luxury travel agencies (Consortia), and maintaining existing accounts, while striving to increase revenue and promote relationships through negotiation of guest rooms for assigned Mexican Resorts.

• Mentor and drive sales managers to achieve sales goals and budget and ensure proper deployment, and management of sales travel, trade show schedule, and sales expenditures.
• Represent both resorts in interactions dealing with customers relative to sales and operational questions and challenges.
• Conduct verbal sales presentations to prospective clients. Meet with and entertain clients, some of which will require travel.
• Coordinate and attend scheduled Sales Department and related meetings.

• Travel to each hotel to meet with potential customers.
• Travel to industry-related trade shows in multiple destinations around the world.
• Experience working directly with ownership and asset management.

• Strategic Planning of the leisure team to include deployment, travel, and trade show management, and sales expenditures.
• Develop marketing plans and initiatives for main accounts.
• Solicit and develop new accounts to generate business opportunities for the Los Cabos and the Conrad Punta de Mita resorts.

• Seven (7) years of hotel sales experience
• Three (3) years of luxury hotel sales experience
• Proven experience leading and developing sales teams
• Recent work experience with the wholesale, FIT, and luxury consortia market segments
• Up to 30% international travel required
