On behalf of Homes England, we are looking for a Communications Officer (Inside IR35) for a contract to run up until 31/3/27which is fully remote.

As a Communications Officer, your main responsibilities will be:

• SharePoint expert with strong document and content management experience.
• Develop and deliver communications strategies and roadmaps.
• Proven change communications experience within complex programmes.
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills.
• Create engaging, people-focused content across multiple channels.
• Translate complex information into simple, accessible messaging.
• Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive content design.
• Deliver end-to-end communications campaigns and activity.
• Experienced supporting high-profile and sensitive change initiatives.
• Confident influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Balance multiple priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Apply governance, compliance and risk management across communications.
