Role: Commercial Consultant

Location: North London

Proper Recruitment are working with a successful independent estate agency in North London who are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Commercial Consultant to join their team and help drive the continued growth of their Commercial Property division.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for Commercial Property, strong business development skills and the motivation to build a successful career within the industry.

Responsibilities: • Generate new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the Commercial Property division. • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, business owners and prospective clients. • Conduct property viewings and assist with commercial transactions. • Identify opportunities to secure new instructions and expand the company’s commercial portfolio. • Negotiate offers and support transactions through to completion. • Develop a strong understanding of the local commercial property market. • Work towards individual targets and contribute to the wider team’s success.

Requirements: • Previous Commercial Property or Estate Agency experience beneficial but not essential. • A genuine passion for Commercial Property and a strong desire to succeed. • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. • Proactive, enthusiastic and commercially minded. • Confident generating new business and developing professional relationships. • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Willingness to learn, develop and take ownership of personal performance.

Salary: • £27,500 – £32,500 Per Annum (DOE)

OTE: • £70,000+

Benefits: • Uncapped Commission • Bonus Opportunities

Tenure: • Full-Time | Monday – Friday
