You're a relationship-led software sales professional who knows how to retain and grow Enterprise accounts, and how to take allocated leads from qualification to close. You bring workforce compliance domain expertise and power-user confidence with technology.

Reporting to the Customer Engagement Manager, you will follow our sales process and sales methodology, using AI tools to maximise your effectiveness, surface insights from customer interactions and feed intelligence back into the business.

You bring:

• Significant software sales and presentation experience
• Significant workforce compliance management solutions experience, ideally with workforce compliance or HCM software
• A track record of managing to pre-determined sales targets and contract requirements
• Excellent presentation, relationship building, listening and negotiation skills
• A familiarity and liking for technology, with the ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
• Persistence and a focus on quality in everything you deliver
• HR, recruitment or safety experience is an advantage

DELIVERING THE GOOD, STRIVING FOR THE GREAT

As our Client Executive, you will own the following areas:

Portfolio & Relationship Management

• Manage a key portfolio of Enterprise accounts, with the purpose of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
• Develop positive relationships with direct and indirect client contacts at all levels of the business
• Act as the point of contact for customers' individual requirements, understanding their business and responding to business issues
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner

Sales & Pipeline

• Nurture allocated leads and prospective customers from qualification to close
• Present and demonstrate solutions via digital platforms, or face to face where required
• Record all sales activity in Salesforce, maintaining pipeline hygiene, forecasting and reporting

Customer Advocacy & Insight

• Work with our Customer team on behalf of your clients to resolve any non-sales related issues
• Collect product feedback and deliver it to the Product group so we keep improving
• Use our approved AI tools to surface insights from customer interactions. AI recommends, you decide

Marketing & Lead Generation

• Work with Marketing and your manager to devise and execute targeted marketing campaigns
• Attend and represent at sales and networking events to generate leads
