The Client Executive Director at plays a crucial role within the sales function, setting strategic direction, and ensuring the achievement of revenue and growth targets. They focus on driving mid-market sales and maintaining a high-level of client satisfaction. They are responsible for finding new business opportunities, engaging new clients or prospects, developing proposals, and handling the contract process. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to target and engage prospective clients, fostering strong relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Client Executive Director plays a crucial role in driving the company's expansion and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Sell ’s Oracle Cloud solutions and consulting services directly into Public Sector accounts.
• Strategically align with Oracle Channels and co-selling with their sales team
• Maximize and expand Oracle network across public sector and solution engineering teams highlighting ’s team, capabilities, and tools.
• Identify leads via targeted account lists, campaigns, networking, events and/or other sources.
• Maximize professional network through trusted advisor and Executive relationships built by offering services to said network.
• Convert leads into qualified pipeline.
• Understand industry trends and client needs, develop & deliver compelling value propositions.
• Effectively lead a strategic and complex sales process
• Work to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration directly or via the Oracle partner ecosystem.
• Manage accounts throughout the entire sales process, and collaborate with team members in Marketing, Pre-sales, and Delivery to uncover customer needs.
• Travel to customer sites to identify and develop sales opportunities.
• Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of the value proposition.
• Give engaging customer presentations to all levels of leadership, including C-level.
• Liaise with customer contacts for the purpose of managing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and maximizing sales.

• 7+ years of Oracle Cloud Applications consulting services sales experience, with a focus on Public Sector is strongly preferred.
• Experience selling cloud managed services, or similar solutions tied to enterprise application management and hosting a plus.

• Professional certification as appropriate.
• Excellent service-driven customer-focused skills.
• Proven ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills.
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• Requires thorough understanding of consultative sales, and the ability to build key relationships to become a trusted advisor to understand and solve customer problems.
• Highly developed selling, customer relations and negotiations skills with the ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives and line of business representatives.
• Must have high ethical standards and integrity, coupled with a desire to participate in growing our sales and support organization.
• Must be able to manage a complex sales cycle and navigate the procurement organizations and processes.
