What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll serve as the main point of contact for families, guiding them through their benefit options with clarity and professionalism. Your day-to-day will include:

• Presenting benefit programs clearly through virtual meetings (Zoom)
• Completing and maintaining accurate, compliant documentation
• Building lasting client relationships through ongoing follow-up
• Collaborating with your team to enhance processes and client experience

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset)
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, administrative, or client-facing roles preferred
