Job Overview

Trakcia is looking for confident and motivated **Self-Verifiers / Closers** to join our Home Improvement sales team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting customers/leads, understanding their home improvement needs, delivering a professional sales pitch, qualifying the customer, and converting qualified opportunities into successful sales.

You will be provided with the required *scripts, training, and sales process* Your ability to communicate confidently, build rapport, handle objections, and persuade customers will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to customers and leads provided by the company. • Introduce the company and professionally present the home improvement offer. • Ask relevant questions to understand the customer's requirements. • Identify potential home improvement needs such as roofing, remodeling, bathrooms, plumbing, windows, HVAC, and other related services. • Qualify customers based on the company's requirements. • Use provided scripts and sales guidelines effectively while maintaining a natural conversation. • Handle customer questions and objections confidently. • Build rapport and create interest in the offered services. • Convert qualified leads into successful sales or appointments. • Accurately verify and record customer information. • Maintain professional call quality and follow company compliance procedures. • Consistently achieve individual sales and performance targets.

Requirements • Excellent verbal communication skills in English. • Confident and persuasive personality. • Strong ability to build rapport with customers over the phone. • Previous **call center, telesales, verification, or closing experience** is preferred. • Home improvement or US-based sales experience will be an advantage. • Ability to handle objections and remain confident during difficult calls. • Target-oriented and motivated by performance-based incentives. • Willingness to work the night shift. • Fresh candidates with strong communication and sales potential may also apply.
