Job Title: UK Energy Sales Agents - Electricity & Gas*

We are hiring experienced *Call Center Agents* for our UK Electricity & Gas campaign.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of the *UK energy market*, including electricity and gas tariffs, supplier switching process, and customer service standards. • Responsibilities:*

- Contact UK residential and commercial customers via outbound calls

- Educate customers about energy plans, savings, and switching options

- Handle customer queries professionally and close sales

- Maintain accurate records in CRM and meet daily targets • Requirements:*

- Excellent spoken English with clear UK accent preferred

- Prior experience in UK energy sales / telesales is a plus

- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills

- Computer literate and target-driven mindset
