Job Description

This is a remote position.

Our client is headquartered in UAE and deals in various Ferro Alloys, Virgin Metals, Stainless Steel Scraps, Nickel Scraps, Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metal Scraps, Minerals, Refractories etc. They have a customer base across the globe. They have warehousing facilities in Sharjah, UAE, Europe , China etc. They manage ~ 10% of the global trade in one of the range of Ferro Alloys.
Key responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage the existing client relationship in ASEAN region
  • New Client Prospecting: Identify the potential clients in the ASEAN region for Ferro Alloys.
  • Sign-up process completion: Meet the decision makers in the identified potential clients, present WMA credentials and capabilities; and complete the sign-up process as per the guidelines given by the Global Sales Team.
  • Single-Point-of-Contact (SPOC) for operations: Act as SPOC to clients and manage all administrative aspects of the transaction
  • Identity New vendors: Establish new miners having capability to cater to the needs of the clients in the ASEAN region

Requirements
  • Deep knowledge of the global Ferro Alloy industry.
  • Excellent network and relationship with miners and key industry players in the metals sector.
  • Proven track record in managing the end-to-end trading process of Ferro Alloy
  • Hands-on experience in Logistics management
  • Thorough knowledge of documentation related to exports and imports.
