What you'll do

Find and connect with potential customers and introduce them to Fika.

Build relationships, start conversations, and create new business opportunities.

Work directly with the founders to grow our customer base and shape how we approach sales.

Experiment with creative ways to reach customers and help us scale.

Take ownership, bring new ideas, and make a real impact from day one.

We're looking for someone who's ambitious, loves working with people, and wants to become exceptional at sales.

Sales experience is a plus, but your ambition, drive, and ability to get things done matter much more to us than a perfect CV.
