Business Development Manager

We're looking for an experienced business development professional with 4+ years in B2B software, clear and confident English, and the drive to have real conversations with prospects every day. You'll find new business for by reaching end customers directly and bringing in deals through partners. You'll book meetings with the right people, confirm a real need, and hand qualified opportunities to the account team, using AI tools to research, prepare and follow up.

AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot are part of how we work, and we expect you to use them well. Ownership is not negotiable: you check anything AI helps produce for accuracy, completeness and compliance, and you're accountable for the final result.

What You'll Do

• Call and message end customers and partners every day from a prioritized call queue.
• Spend at least two hours a day in real conversations with new prospects and partners.
• Book meetings with the right decision-makers and confirm a real need.
• Turn qualified interest into opportunities, and hand them to the account team with a clear summary.
• Register partner opportunities the same day you hear about them, and sign a new partner when a deal needs one.
• Log every call, email and meeting in HubSpot the same day.
• Use Claude or a similar AI assistant every day for prospect research, call prep, outreach and follow-up.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Clear, confident spoken and written English. You're easy to understand on the phone with US buyers.
• 4+ years in business development for B2B software, with meetings and opportunities you can point to.
• Experience working with resellers, system integrators or referral partners.
• Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or similar tools.
• A habit of logging every call and meeting the same day.
• Experience automating your own routine work with AI, such as reusable prompts, Claude Projects, AI-assisted workflows or simple scripts. Tell us about something you automated.
• Legally authorized to work in Pakistan.

You bring partner relationships and a track record you can show, you use AI tools to prepare faster and follow up consistently, and you take ownership of your numbers with little supervision.

How You're Paid

You are paid a monthly salary and commission. Commission comes from 7.5% of what receives on each deal, shared by everyone who worked on it. On a partner deal the partner keeps its margin first. Commission is paid the month after the customer pays, and there is no cap. Small payments come early for steps done properly, before a deal closes.

• Pay mix at target: 60% salary and 40% commission.
