Business Development Manager

is hiring a Business Development Manager to lead and grow a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs). You'll drive pipeline growth through strategic development initiatives, close collaboration with Marketing and Revenue Ops, and hands-on management of your team.

You're process-oriented, data-informed, and comfortable coaching a fully remote team to hit ambitious targets. moves fast, so you'll need to build an environment where your BDRs can adapt quickly and stay engaged no matter where they're based.

• Mentor, lead, and motivate a team of BDRs to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Partner with Revenue Ops on analytics that inform strategic decisions to help BDRs hit their targets.
• Connect with Marketing to develop and execute effective strategies for acquiring more leads for Account Executives.
• Identify training needs and coordinate with Sales Enablement to build BDR skills.
• Identify and recommend process and campaign improvements.
• Build career paths for team members and guide their development.

• Proven experience in business development and team management.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
