The Role 🎯

You’ll own new business end to end: finding the opportunity, making the pitch, agreeing the commercials and getting the deal signed. Once a partner is live, our account management team takes it on and you move to the next one.

We’re a small studio early in our growth, and that is the opportunity. Our games are live across a strong aggregator network, and there is a lot more ground to take: new aggregator and platform partnerships that can open a whole operator base at once, more direct operator relationships in the markets we already serve, and new markets and jurisdictions to open. 🚀

You’ll help shape the plan as well as deliver it, with a real say in which markets we go after and which partnerships are worth doing. You’ll stay with each deal until it is live, then hand over to our account management team.

What You’ll Do

Pipeline and new business 📈

• Own the pipeline end to end: prospecting, outreach, pitching, negotiation and close.
• Qualify properly on the things that decide a deal: licence, route to market, key markets and brands.
• Build a prospect base in new territories from the ground up.
• Keep an accurate pipeline and a reliable forecast.

Partnerships and markets 🌍

• Open new aggregator and platform channels, and get our catalogue live on them.
• Bring client feedback and market insight back into the business, where it shapes product, marketing and commercial strategy.

Deals through to live ✅

• Own the integration process from signature to live: run the kick off call, set the integration plan, keep the information organised in one place, and chase everyone until it ships.
• Spot risks through integration, go live and handover early, and put a plan in place before they become problems.
• Hand over cleanly to our account management team once a partner is live.

What We’re Looking For

• You’ve got 4 or more years of B2B sales, ideally in iGaming and selling to operators.
• You’ve sourced and closed your own deals, and you can talk through how.
• You’re genuinely comfortable with outbound, and happy building a pipeline from scratch.
• You’re organised. You can run several integrations at once, keep the plans current, and keep every side moving.
• You understand the iGaming supply chain, the different types of operator within it, and how game distribution works.
• You can negotiate commercial terms yourself, and you know which ones actually matter.

Bonus Points

• A strong operator and aggregator network that you can activate quickly.
• Knowledge of regulated and emerging markets.

• Experience opening new jurisdictions.

• Experience selling games or content, rather than platform or payments.

• Additional languages. Why 💡

We’re a start up, and we’re growing quickly. You’ll find the groundwork already done: our sales process, tools and reporting are in place, so you can get straight into the pipeline.

• Real ownership of new business, with a genuine say in which markets we enter next.
• A flexible 40 hour week, with a high degree of autonomy and a light meeting schedule.
• Fully remote within EU timezones, with 33 days of vacation plus company holidays.
• Close working relationships with experienced product and technical teams.

• Team meetups across Europe. 🤝About

is a Malta-based game studio designing slot games for regulated iGaming operators. Founded in late 2023, we create games that operators and players love, with recent releases including Shogun Skylord Jade Empress, Shadow Pirates and Ice Vacation.

We’re a fully remote business operating through several entities. As the group grows, we’re building a commercial team that opens new markets, deepens our operator relationships and turns distribution into revenue.
