You are the central interface between data, strategy and market. You not only support management but actively shape how our vehicles are positioned in the Swiss market.

Your tasks – strategic, analytical, connected • Market & Competition Focus: You conduct independent analyses, identify trends and create well-founded competitive comparisons. • Pricing & Strategy: In close coordination with the pricing and brand team, you determine marketable prices and accompany the implementation of our sales programmes. • Reporting & Insights: You prepare complex data from various databases and transform statistics into meaningful decision-making bases. • Communication Hub: You create professional presentations for European management as well as the national dealer network and moderate internal meetings. • International Cooperation: You work closely with teams in Switzerland, the DACH region and Ford Europe. • Project Support: You directly support the Head of Commercial Vehicles in strategic projects and ensure smooth operations in day-to-day business.

Your profile – analytical talent with drive • Foundation: You have a university degree (business administration/marketing) or a commercial basic education with corresponding further training. • Experience: You bring several years of professional experience in a comparable, analytical position (ideally in the automotive sector). • IT Skills: Excel is your second home (Pivot, VLOOKUP etc.) and you know how to convincingly visualise complex content in PowerPoint. • Language Talent: You communicate fluently in German and English. French skills are a great plus. • Personality: You appear confident and dynamic, think proactively and enjoy working in an international, multicultural environment. • Passion: You are enthusiastic about the automotive industry and the transformation to electromobility.
