Position: Bilingual Italian Generalist Expert AI Safety Type: Contract Compensation: $40$44/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities • Write expert-level prompts in Italian across a range of sensitive subject areas. • Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations. • Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns. Document the reasoning behind your judgments. • Evaluate and strengthen how AI models handle sensitive topics in Italian. • Work independently and asynchronously to improve AI model safety. Qualifications Must-Have • Native or near-native fluency in Italian. Business-level written English. • A Bachelors degree completed or in progress. • Strong written reasoning and high attention to detail. • Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information. Preferred • Based in Italy or the wider Western Europe region. • Experience reviewing grading or red-teaming written or technical content. • Background in trust and safety content moderation policy evaluation or adversarial testing.
