Bending Operator

Greeting from AL GURG Group! Dear Candidate, We are currently hiring for the below mentioned position to be based in UAE, Dubai. Bending Operator a) Set-up computerized machines to perform machine functions on work piece b) Input programming instruction into machine c) Evaluate program results and dimensions checks. d) Install machine tools and gadgets as per program details. e) Replace old machine tools when worn out with new ones f) Adjusts controls to set and regulate machining factors, such as pressure and depth of ram stroke, adjustment rolls, blade angle, and machine speed. g) Take accurate measurements of work piece and gauges for production h) Change or replace oil, switches and cylinders. i) Ensure that all machines run at moderate and proper speed. j) Carryout routine maintenance of machines in timely manner.
