About the job ATL /TL - Agentic AI DevelopmentExperience:

• 4+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong focus on full-stack development using React/Angular and C# .NET.
• Proven expertise in building scalable web applications, from responsive front-end UIs to secure, high-performance back-end services.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS), including deployment and management of full-stack applications.
• Experience leading technical projects or mentoring developers in a team setting.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing reliable, long-running workflows or stateful processes in production environments

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in React (e.g., hooks, state management, component design) for building modern, interactive front-end interfaces.
• Deep expertise in C# .NET (e.g., .NET Core, ASP.NET, Entity Framework) for developing RESTful APIs, micro-services, and back-end logic.
• Understanding of workflow orchestration, including designing reliable, stateful and scalable processes in distributed systems
• Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQL Server, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL) and messaging systems (e.g., Service Bus, RabbitMQ).
• Knowledge of modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization (e.g., Docker).
• Experience integrating LLMs/AI/ML models into production grade workflows
• Fluency in Vibe coding would be an added advantage
