We are reimagining the phone. AI phones need to be proactive, intuitive, intelligent and low cost. This is a mission critical for rest of the world to adopt intelligence.

There are over 5 billion people using everyday applications such as email, messaging, notes, tasks, and calendars, yet most are not AI-native. Our mission is to build proactive applications and devices that bring intelligence into daily conversations, coordination and workflows, with minimal prompting.

Focus: Designing how AI capabilities are introduced into everyday phone usage.

Responsibilities

• Design AI-native interaction patterns.

• Explore voice, touch and conversational interfaces.

• Design contextual and proactive AI experiences.

• Design workflows across different applications.

• Reduce the need for explicit prompting.

• Make agent actions transparent and easy to control.

• Prototype and validate new interaction models.

• Work closely with product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Strong product / interaction design experience.

• Experience designing mobile applications or complex user workflows.

• Strong prototyping skills.

• Understanding of usability and user behavior.

• Strong product thinking and visual communication.

Nice to have

• AI assistant or conversational UX experience.

• Operating system or mobile platform experience.

• Voice and multimodal interaction design.

• Experience designing proactive experiences.
