The Role

We’re looking for an Affiliate Manager to support ’s affiliate strategy for a key enterprise brand. Reporting to the Director of Affiliate Strategy, you’ll sit at the center of creator partnerships, commerce strategy, platform expertise, and operational execution. This role supports strategy development and owns the execution and optimization of our affiliate program, driving measurable GMV growth for this client.

You’ll help to define how the affiliate program is structured end to end, from recruitment and activation through engagement, retention, and ongoing performance optimization, ensuring the affiliate program consistently performs at a high standard aligned with the client’s goals.

At its core, this role is about building systems where everyone wins — the brand, the affiliate, and the platform — and making that model work at scale.

What You’ll DoShape the Affiliate Ecosystem

• Own affiliate strategy for a key enterprise client.
• Build programs aligned with this client’s goals and budget that drive measurable GMV growth.
• Create an ecosystem built around long-term partnership, not one-time transactions.
• Continuously test, measure, and optimize performance to improve results over time.

Activate the Network

• Build and maintain a best-in-class affiliate community that attracts high-performing creators and sellers. Manage affiliate activation, engagement and retention.
• Manage creator / affiliate communications, providing strong creator campaign briefs, content direction and performance insights.
• Develop affiliate incentives and resources.
• Monitor brand competitor activities across TikTok and identify new opportunities that create a competitive advantage.

Measure What Matters

• Leverage Cruva and other tools for sourcing, outreach, management, and reporting.
• Analyze data and metrics, using dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to assess affiliate impact and overall campaign performance.
• Use data to identify growth opportunities and opportunities to improve program effectiveness.
• Turn those data insights into actionable recommendations for client and internal teams.

Advise and Influence

• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients on affiliate commerce opportunities and growth strategies.
• Present performance insights, recommendations, and program roadmaps to stakeholders.
• Build trust through expertise, communication, and measurable results.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams and across other business functions.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, influencer marketing, social commerce, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience managing social affiliate programs directly.
• TikTok Shop Affiliate Center expertise. Solid understanding of TikTok Shop affiliates and creator ecosystems, and TTS core functionality and capabilities.
• Knowledge of TikTok Shop incentives for sellers, creators and TSPs.
• Hands-on experience with Cruva or similar creator outreach tools.
• Analytical mindset, able to turn performance data into strategic action.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with consumer brands, retailers, agencies, or commerce-focused organizations is preferred.
