About the Opportunity

The Accounting Revenue Operations Analyst reports to the Director, Accounting Revenue Operations. In this role, the Accounting Revenue Operations Analyst will review, reconcile, adjust and process agreements in our Salesforce system. Agreement records have direct impact on support, resource planning, invoices and renewals. The complexity of the agreements varies and could range in the time it takes to complete; however, each is equally important, having an impact on downstream systems.

Where you will make an impact

• Process contracts and adjustments through Salesforce in a timely and efficient manner upon contract execution
• Review and update resource planning records for accuracy as needed
• Review, research and act accordingly to non-standard items
• Responsible for ensuring contract data is accurate throughout areas of Salesforce and work across teams to reconcile downstream processes
• Communicate effectively regarding the status of executed contracts, including any issues or discrepancies
• Monitor the Team email in-box and self-assign requests to ensure that internal/external customer emails are handled in a professional and timely manner
• Work closely with Project Accountants to provide directives, answer questions and assist as needed
• Provide support to other team members during peak times
• Assist with ad-hoc requests and projects
