The Role

You will be our clients' primary point of contact: their coach, their advocate, and the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. You own your book of clients and work alongside our specialists in SEO, Google PPC and Advanced Verification, GoHighLevel, and Meta Ads.

Your week:

• Tuesdays: Deep dive into client ad performance, lead quality, and campaign health
• Wednesdays: Send concise Weekly Marketing Updates (WMUs) to every client
• Thursdays: Run your Scorecard in our L10 meeting (we run on EOS)
• Monthly: Lead 45 minute client meetings on Zoom plus Loom video reports
• Daily: Monitor client health, respond inside 1 business day, keep Asana current

Must-Haves (No Exceptions)

• Account Manager experience at a marketing agency. Agency side, owning client relationships directly. Not general marketing experience. Not a coordinator role. Not in house client success. We do not consider candidates without this.
• Excellent written and spoken English. You will be coaching business owners.
• Proactive problem solver. You fix things before the client notices.
• Comfortable explaining PPC, SEO, and Meta Ads to business owners
• You already use AI in your daily workflow and can show us how
• Video communication skills (Loom, Zoom)
• You can commit to the set Arizona hours and the 90 day term

Strong Advantages

• 7 Figure Agency community member or alumnus. Our single strongest signal.
• Garage door industry experience. Worked at a garage door company, marketed for one, or sold into the space.
• Home services or trades marketing experience
• GoHighLevel, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LSA familiarity
• EOS experience (L10s, Rocks, Scorecards)

• Automations you have built yourself

Logistics

Contract: 1099 independent contractor. You handle your own taxes, insurance, and benefits. 90 day initial term.

Eligible locations: USA, Canada, Mexico, or Europe.

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, Arizona Time (AZ does NOT observe Daylight Saving Time). These are set hours, not flexible.

• Offshore: 3:30 AM to 12:30 PM AZ
• USA: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM AZ

Pay: $45,000 to $60,000 per year DOE, plus bonuses. Paid weekly via Wise (international) or Zelle (USA).

Target start date: Monday, October 12, 2026.

Tools: Asana, Slack, GoHighLevel, Google Workspace, Loom, Notion, TrackingTime, Claude, Manus.

Meetings: Monday Team Meeting (7:30 AM AZ), Thursday L10 (7:30 AM AZ), weekly 1 on 1.

The First 90 Days

You get a real handover and shadowing window with our current Account Manager, plus structured training on our systems, the garage door industry itself, and how to coach clients toward running better businesses.

By Day 90 you are 100% self sufficient: running accounts, leading meetings, sending WMUs, and managing your Scorecard without daily guidance.

Three Zoom conversations, all with Andy, our founder. Our current Account Manager joins the first two.

2. Live mock client meeting (45 minutes). You run a real scenario with Andy playing the owner of a $2M garage door company.
3. Final conversation and offer (30 minutes)
