Location: Remote – Latin America Preferred (Full overlap with U.S. Eastern Time, approximately 9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET)

Our client is seeking a skilled Full Cycle Account Executive with experience closing B2B SaaS deals into the U.S. market to join their growing team. You will own the entire sales cycle—from sourcing and outbound prospecting to discovery, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing. Your work will directly impact pipeline generation, revenue growth, and quota attainment by building and managing your own book of business.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a self-generated sales pipeline by prospecting into U.S.-based B2B software companies with 50–500 employees.
• Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns using a parallel dialer to generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and position solutions effectively.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to prospect requirements.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close new business while managing the full sales cycle independently.
• Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and pipeline management using Salesforce and other sales technologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams while leveraging tools such as Outreach, Gong, LeadIQ, Claude, Notion, Google Workspace, and Slack to maximise productivity.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience closing B2B software deals into the U.S. market while consistently carrying and achieving quota.
• Proven success generating and closing opportunities from a self-sourced pipeline without SDR support.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-volume outbound calling environment.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work full U.S. Eastern Time business hours and maintain a reliable home office with high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a quality headset.
• Strong resilience, coachability, and the ability to adapt quickly in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Experience working with Claude, including code and project workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling to Sales, Revenue Operations, or Go-to-Market (GTM) leaders.
• Background in high-velocity SaaS sales with short sales cycles and high deal volume.
• Hands-on experience with parallel dialers such as Nooks, Orum, Salesfinity, or ConnectAndSell.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, or LeadIQ.
• Familiarity with modern GTM technology stacks and AI-assisted prospecting.
