Job Summary 

Weâre seeking an experienced Account Executive / High-Ticket Sales Closer with a strong track record of converting qualified opportunities into closed-won deals.

This remote sales role is ideal for a confident, commercially driven professional who can take ownership of the full closing process, from conducting discovery calls and product presentations to handling objections, negotiating terms, and confidently asking for the sale.

You should have at least 3 years of professional sales experience, including hands-on experience closing high-ticket deals. Experience selling within technology, SaaS, or a related B2B industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage qualified sales opportunities from initial discovery through negotiation and closing.
• Lead effective discovery calls to understand prospectsâ needs, pain points, budgets, and purchasing motivations.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations, product demos, and closing calls.
• Demonstrate value and clearly communicate ROI to potential customers.
• Confidently address objections related to pricing, timing, competitors, and decision-making.
• Manage follow-ups and keep deals moving forward throughout the sales cycle.
• Negotiate commercial terms and consistently drive opportunities toward closing.
• Keep CRM records up to date, including pipeline, opportunities, and customer details.
• Work closely with SDRs, marketing, customer success, and other internal teams.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and revenue targets.
• Identify ways to improve conversion rates and enhance overall sales performance.

• At least 3 years of professional sales experience, preferably in an Account Executive, Sales Executive, Business Development, or Sales Closing role.
• Proven experience closing high-ticket deals is essential.
• A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong skills in discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
• Excellent verbal and written English, with strong client-facing communication abilities.
• Comfortable selling via video calls, phone, email, and other remote communication channels.
• Experience managing sales pipelines and working with CRM platforms.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to communicate value beyond price.
• Self-driven, accountable, and motivated to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
• Experience in Tech, SaaS, software, or other B2B technology sectors is preferred.
