Account Executive, In-Home Care

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Home Care Account Executive to accelerate new partner acquisition and revenue growth across our in-home care business. This is a new-business sales role focused on identifying, engaging, and signing home care agencies from independent operators to regional and national organizations.

You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through solution presentation, negotiation, contracting, and successful handoff to the onboarding team. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter who builds trusted relationships, communicates a compelling value proposition, and consistently turns a qualified pipeline into new revenue.
